- Kim Tillott Added June 23, 2017★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Store service fine but delivery was missing a mattress and it's been a debacle of 'I'll call you back' and no call backs for 2 weeks now. Each person I speak to is lovely but the actual service delivery, and lack of communication and computerised systems has resulted in a lot of wasted time and still no product.
