    Freedom is freedom. You know what you're getting before you walk in the store. On the other hand, parking is terrible here. Like really bad

    Expensive for unknown reasons. There was very little variety with products, everything seeming to be of one theme. Staff acknowledged us, but didn't hound us which was nice.

    It is rarely the case that I go out of my way to leave a bad review about a place, but I feel I have to when it comes to this place!
    Understaffed and the staff that are there probably shouldn’t be... terrible service, rude and no help at all.

    Highly overrated furniture of cheap quality.

    I think Freedom design and manufacture the furniture to last just long enough to meet the warranty.

    Bought a set of sofa 2 years ago. Towards the end the cushion starts to give in and sag. You can feel the spring when you sit on!! Now before you wonder, we use the sofa as designed to - sit. No jumping and work out on it. So I'm absolutely appalled that a sofa from a reputable store sells cheap quality furniture. Please do not fall for the looks. It's just gimmick.

    We wanted to buy a table today. This store was severely understaffed. At one point there were just 2 sales assistants on the whole floor - a long line at the front till and lovely young lady doing a sofa order (which is not quick). We ended up having to leave because we were out of time. Do yourselves a favor and hire more staff on a busy wet public holiday weekend.
