  I feel so misled. In November 2019, I bought the Bose Quiet Comfort 35 ii headphones on sales at $395 at JB HIFI online. Within 1 week, I saw it being advertised for $388, which is the new normal price. Why the hell am I paying $7 more for the sale price. Sounds like misleading conduct to me. I'll let the ACCC know about this and let them decide. I also contacted the JF HIFI Help and Support who weren't really willing to listen to my story....

  I was looking for a pair of headphones but was rather left with not disappointment but something much worse, a reason to despise this store from just 1 interaction. I have no doubt that there is a possibility of being good customer service in this store, but to have a guarantee satisfaction will be impossible.
  
  Walking in, it was clear that the store was not in any sort of rush or in great volume in customers and hence had an immense amount of time to assist, support or even talk to me. However instead of doing many things a normal retail sales member would do, he decided that he would just be a retail member and throw away a sale. I understand that the member there may not have been observant of their surroundings other than what is inside their store, but there is are other electronics stores within 20 meters outside. So it was either that they weren’t intelligent enough to connect the dots or simply just oblivious of other people and things around them, regardless of which, they just lost the meaning of sales in their job title.
  
  In order to describe the type of behaviour that was encountered, I need to make sure that am not mentioning the store as a whole, but rather singling this 1 retail member out. The way that he has talk to me was pure perfect, there was no room in error and would quite possibly be constructed from 6-12 months of practising. The way he was rude to me. Not 1 single hesitation, guilt, doubt or drawback was noticed in his voice, once he replied back after I asked him 1 single question, I instantly knew that he was that type of person to not care about a customer’s voice, opinion or review. To further this, once he replied, he had simply just walked off, no sight or visible contact of him anywhere, its as if he was trying to lead us out the door.
  
  Moreover, before I had even started to go near the headphones or start even thinking about going towards them, he was seen just standing in a group looking as if he was diffident to approach me. As he ultimately did, there was a forced attitude and his reluctant attitude seeming as if I had personally insulted by just being there.
  
  In total, I took 4 minutes in the stores accounting before being approached, 3 of which was looking at the products and 30 seconds walking to the product. Thus, this leaves a generous 30 seconds talking to this retail member of which only 5 was acceptable, 10 tolerable and 15 absurd. However, I am giving this a 1 star purely because I hope this does not reflect the entirety of the store, they did stock the headphones that I wanted which means a great stock diversity, also means that there is no one purchasing them for maybe a reason and most importantly is that he at least gave the effort in walking me 5 meters to the product.

  Shocking customer service. Got there 30 minutes before their site said they're closing and got told they're closed. Not sure what that's about, but if the site says 6pm and I get there at 5:25pm and get told they're closed, after seeing another customer being let in not a minute before I will not end up happy. Just go to another store

  Five Stars for their service.
  I've purchased games and Blu Rays here over the past eight or so years, but my experience on a return was in one word - AMAZING.
  Glenn, the store manager is one of the best at JB (any store) you will deal with.
