- s j tan Added July 05, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★Had a broken filling repaired without anaesthetic and less painful . Checked all teeth systematically and verbally , then xrayed to check other fillings were ok. Cost was reasonable. The actuarial cost is then less than $10 a year, even if imperfect preventative care ( forgot to floss) , even if upfront payment because of lack of health insurance. Children apparently can get government assistance for dental care, if the family qualify for benefits, but private insurance with extras covers them as well. Some other clinics might look cheaper because they don't quote the government benefit.
