- Jesse Smith Added May 24, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ☆This place is an absolute joke, the service desk has no idea and always up for getting rid of you with out trying to find a solution to your problem! They lack everything to do with the word SERVICE!!!
As for the tool shop it may be stocked full of average tools but they have nothing on the jokers that try and sell them to you! If you have half an idea on the item you need don't waste your time with the staff... If you're not sure where something is don't bother asking it will only take longer... I have been shopping here nearly every day for the past sixteen months and they still treat me like a complete stranger I find very rude and unhelpful to say the least!!!
If it wasn't for Kaz on the trade desk I would never come back, she always greets you with a smile and always has a solution to any problems!!! If she ever leaves this ship would sink and a lot of people would cancel their accounts.
Management it's time to get rid of the dead wood starting with the front and the tool shop!!!!!
