Funny that one of the only positive and glowing reviews on here happens to be from 6 months ago from Kacie Harman (oh please) We're not that stupid. KACIE WORKS FOR THE FLOWER COMPANY. She liked the service so much she got a job there!!
If you're reading this Kacie you sent me an email just yesterday from The Flower Company in Nunawading advising that you could not deliver as the flowers I ordered in a very specific colour (blue & purple) were not available and could white flowers in blue wrapping be sent instead!! I heard from the florist and she said that by the time she was given the order by your company she only had cream flowers to send. Don't know whether to laugh or cry. Your company would not even offer a token discount (don't want a refund) for the delay as well as the fact that the flowers were delivered in totally the wrong colours. ARE YOU FOR REAL!
