- Jac Mitchell Added February 18, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is the worst flower company and the absolute WORST customer service experience I have ever had. Do not use them unless you want a fight on your hands to get a refund. My order was cancelled as the succulents I ordered were out of stock. They cancelled my order and charged me a $15 cancllation fee. The customer service staff were rude and horrible to deal with as well as the manager. Don't be fooled by Google review, have a look at the productreview website if you want a true insight into this company.
By the way, one of the customer service girls that emailed me was 'Emma R', same as one of the good reviews on here. Coincidence?
