- Andrew Phan Added October 15, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Placed an order online over 2 weeks ago and never received a call to say it was ready for pick up. Had to call and ask 2 weeks later and was told that it was ready the day after I placed the order. The person on the phone was really rude saying "this is not my problem or the stores problem, it's the online systems problem". Yes it is your problem because you're suppose to call me when it's ready. If you guys need to buy anything with this store I suggest going next door to Harvey Norman or JB and deal with them. Much better service and you can haggle for a better price.
