Myotherapist Mike worked on me over a period to ensure the tear healed in a mesh and therefore prevent repeat tears. I have been running and hiking again now for over 2years with zero problems. Michael came highly recommended when I had my scans done at Olympic Park.
The hours they are open is another huge benefit as I was able to go first thing in the morning, before work.
